Dispatch of Goods:
UK: Shipping within the UK is free!
Tontojacks will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and usually within 2 days of receipt of payment. If paying by cheque please allow five working days for cheques to clear. Goods are normally dispatched via Royal Mail, however heavy and urgent items may be dispatched by courier.
Overseas: Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail
Note: Maximum shipping weight for outside of the UK is 2kg
Returns
Returned Unsuitable
Items deemed unsuitable must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Notification can be either by telephone 0845 20 20 061 or by email sales@tontojacks.co.uk Please enclose either original invoice or note with name, address and if possible date of purchase.
Item must be returned in original condition. Refund will be made on receipt of item via the original payment method less a %10 charge to cover the cost of postage and handling (this will closely resemble the real postage cost to the business so is not a punitive amount). Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned Defective or Faulty
Defective or faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods. Notice can be either by telephone 0845 20 20 061 or by email sales@tontojacks.co.uk. Items will be refunded on receipt by the original payment method. Please enclose either original invoice or note with name, address and if possible date of purchase. Reasonable return postage costs will also be reinburesed.
